great activity mustapha is incredible really a golden person however I just advise you to take transport at 11:30 p.m. from hurghada it's much better otherwise nothing to say mustapha is the best

Fantastic value for money. Trip got cancelled a few times due to weather, but communication was brilliant, kept us up to date with everything. Our guide and driver for the day was outstanding, very knowledgeable. I would say this company's first thought is customer service throughout the whole day, they wanted you to enjoy every aspect and done everything in their power to make sure you did. Would recommend 100% if you want to book any trips then please use this company you wont regret it.

picked up as booked. pleasant enough. but on arrival in luxor the driver turned into a side street, turned engine off, and appeared to try to sleep. no explanation. very very scary. it transpired we were nearly 2 hours early. so why did we leave so early??
also. we paid more for a trip to avoid stops at hard sell shops. but after temples we were taken to such a place. not a nice experience

This whole trip was perfect! Amazing organisation from start to finish; the hot air balloon at sunrise was breathtaking! My driver Mohammed was SO KIND the whole journey & my guide Ezzeideen, well he is a genius & a very caring man! The trip really good from start to finish, a long day but worth it. The balloon ride was an amazing experience and worth the early start.
Tour guide knowledgeable and gave you enough time on your own to investigate the different sites. Lunch was nice after a short trip across the Nile.
It was definitely a trip I would recommend.

Please be aware that Hurghada Daily Tours can make changes to the trip after the 24hr cancellation period and if you cancel you will have difficulty in getting a refund through the tour operator or TripAdvisor. Morning of trip informed shared bus at 23:30 no longer available. Alternative bus offered at 17:00 arriving at balloon launch in the night 6hrs before sunrise and obviously unsuitable. Alternatively, private transport at extra cost payable in sterling as tour operator does not accept local Egyptian pounds. We had no alternative but to cancel as we did not have sufficient cash in sterling, request for refund refused. Many hours and messages later the tour operator then suggests that a shared bus at original departure time is now available!
We may have been unlucky but I cannot recommend Hurghada Daily Tours or TripAdvisor based on our experience. Changes should have been communicated before the cancellation period and we should have been offered a full refund when the operator stated they were unable to provide the trip we booked at the original price. Since submitting my complaint, I can see that the advert on TripAdvisor has been updated with info on acceptable payment methods. I am currently in the process of requesting a refund and have reported this matter to TripAdvisor. I fully expect to receive an argumentative reply from Hurghada Daily Tours but I hope they will treat others more fairly in future.

Wow wow wow! So before coming to Egypt as always I hunted trips etc. I saw the air balloon ride valley of kings…well…Aslong as the day was for us coming from Hurgada…I would do it all again in a heart beat! From booking to coming back to our hotel the day was perfect! Please please please book this trip!! In the summer can imagine it is very hot…take water. But DO IT! It’s my first time in Egypt and the people are just amazing! Going to miss it so badly I may have to book to come back as soon as I land

Driver was good, communication as well (though I contacted the travel agency via WhatsApp once I had the number from the booking voucher).
Day is obviously very long.
The downgrade for me personally is that we only rode the hot air balloon for 20 minutes instead of ~ 45. The balloon Company had some clients that needed to go to the Airport. As it took some time before the start until the wind was good to go to they then shortened our ride. Many other balloons stayed way longer in the air and went over or close to the temples. Since the balloon ride is the main attraction and especially coming from Hurghada you get up so early to get there this was disappointing.

Had an amazing time on this trip, the driver was so friendly and made the fairly long drive feel so much quicker. Our guide was very knowledgeable but knew the importance so giving you time to explore the areas on your own too. 10/10 would recommend booking if you're considering this trip, the expense of the balloon ride as an extra is very much worth it!
