Phillip was really nice and one of the friendliest drivers I ever met. My water was cold and my ride was scenic and quick (I had a long flight so this was underrated). I will be booking again on the way back.

My husband and I have been to Puerto Plata several times. Sometimes with friends sometimes just us. Each time we have used DSSR for our transfers. I cannot say enough good about this family owned company. The service is excellent. Communication with Jennifer is fantastic. She responds very quickly and is very accommodating. Last year she went above and beyond for my husband in facilitating a private excursion, for a romantic beach dinner for my birthday.
Her dad (Papi) is so warm, friendly, and very professional.
This time Jose was our driver. He went out of his way to communicate with us. He was using a translator app, to converse with us and tell us about the area.
Their vehicles are very comfortable, climate controlled and have Wi-Fi.
The service has always been prompt, if not early.
I highly recommend DSSR for your transfer needs while in Puerto Plata, you will be so glad you did.

Easily located at airport upon arrival. Friendly, courteous, safe driver. Driver gave sightseeing comments along the way via a translation app on his phone. The extra effort was greatly appreciated.

I booked the ride from the airport to the hotel on-line. The initial experience was excellent. My ride was immediately confirmed. I also booked the return ride. So, upon arrival to POP, our flight was nearly three hours late. Our driver was there awaiting our arrival. On the return, the driver was at the hotel a few minutes early. Excellent. Communication was also excellent. The company reached out to me numerous times to ensure we got our ride. I give this company my highest recommendation.
