Stevie was an awesome and super fun guide. We loved his embellished Iceland stories. Stevie was super entertaining and the foods stops were great. Make sure you try the rotten fermented shark. I highly recommend this tour.

One of the best tours I have ever been on. Stephan (Stevie) was very informative, interactive and funny. Great food and drinks. Talked into trying the fermented rotten shark meat (not recommended by stephan)! We enjoyed everything!

Amazing tour! The guide Stevie was very charismatic and knowledgeable about the city. The food was all very good (excepting the fermented shark which was a different kind of experience which I still recommend.).

Let me first say thay Asthidur was a great tour guide. We learned some history during our food tour as well & she is very pleasant. The first restaurant Forretta Barinn was great. It was my first time tasting horse meat and it didn't taste like horse. It was very tender. The presentation was also very nice. The salmon at the second restaurant was okay. The highlight was the fermented shark w/ the shot because it was my first time try. The third restaurant where we had Plokkfiskur (potato) was good with the rye bread...best rye bread I've ever tasted, very moist. Fourth stop was the famous hotdog. It is 99% lamb. The brown sauce was made it good I guess but it was okay for me. It was different. Lastly, Rhubarb cake at Hotel Borg was just okay. Overall, it was a great experience.

Asthildue was a great tour guide! She was friendly and knowledgeable about all of the stops and sights around the city. Shark was good with the shot!

Lots of fun! Our guide, Stevie, was excellent - really engaged and authentic. We learned a lot and he even managed to keep the attention of our kids, 11 and 13. Definitely recommend!
