Excellent communication and service. Was able to accommodate our new arrival time as we missed our original flight. Gave accurate instructions on pick up point where driver was waiting for us.

The service I was received was second to none. Right from the first contact I had when. Oolong on line to getting dropped off at the hotel was first class and very professional.
The day before I arrived I was sent a photo of where I was going to be picked up and sure enough the driver was waiting for me .
A lovely and helpful gentleman.

We had a party of 5 and the vehicle was so small that we couldn't get all our luggage in. Which was 5 regular bags and 5 carry on. Plus the 5th seat was a fold up seat in the back. We had to rent a taxi to accommodate all of us.
