We had Anna who is a great story teller and was so interesting to listen to, learned a lot and then had time to explore on our own at the end as long as we wanted

Getting to see David up close was incredible. Our Guide pointed out the different aspects of Michelangelo's perfection as we walked 360 around the statue. And the rest of the Academi is also not to be missed.

We had great experience with Rosa, she was well informed, explained all details of masterpiece of gallery. Especially we liked rose on guiding stick which helped us to find her easily in crowd.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour today. Rosa was our tour guide for a group of 8 people. She was very knowledgeable, got us a front row view of the art, and even took pictures for us. We all enjoyed Rosa's spunky personality and the group was a lot of fun! Thanks for a great tour!

We loved it! Our tour guide, Rosa, was so kind and knowledgeable. She did a great job of explaining everything and keeping all of us together in crowded places! We have a new Sia Rosa for when we come back!!🌹Grazie!

Instructions were not clear on the meeting point. The directions said to meet under a set of flags and near designated number. There were several sets of these flags on the building. From the direction that we arrived, we did not know that and only saw those. As foreigners, how were we to know that there was another set of the same flags on the other side of the building. Although we were there before the tour started, we were not placed with our assigned group. We were put in another group. The entirety of this tour company did not get entry until about 25 minutes late. Our guides accent was so thick that neither we nor our children were able to understand anything that he said. We ended up using the Rick Steves to do the tour ourselves. A lot of money spent essentially for a self guided tour.

We were a group of 6 friends joining this walking tour yesterday. There were about 60 or more people joining this tour and we were divided into 3 groups of about 20 each. We enjoyed very much the brief history of Firenze given by Jacomo. He gave it in such a way that it was fun and interesting. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
