Today we enjoyed a wonderful trip presented by our guide Hatem. He was very knowledgeable—advanced degree in Egyptology!—about the history of these sites. The sites themselves are considered the secondary sites of Luxor but to be honest, we found them as interesting and rich as the main sites, especially Habu Temple and also Deir El Medina (Artisan’s Village). Keep in mind these sites also have about 10% of the group tours as the major attractions such as Karnak and Valley of the Kings. All in all, a wonderful half-day trip that truly exceeded our expectations!

Mona was an amazing guide for the half day your. She knew allthe history and was insightful when I asked questions about the daily lives of the ancient Egyptians. it’s a tour of lesser known attractions in the Luxor area which I would hope more people would get a chance to experience. Totally recommended!
