Even though our flight was delayed and our group walked at a slower pace, our driver was ready and waiting. The ride was smooth and peaceful, that was the good part.
The down side is when we originally booked, we entered our information for a 2nd trip but was surprised to see that the booking did not go through. The site was very misleading in that way. With 12 people in our entire group you can imagine people were disappointed to find their 2nd booking was not booked but the site takes the information like its booking it for you.

I was very pleased booking my transfer through this company. Our driver communicated with me upon our arrival into Barcelona and was on time and waiting. He was very professional and personable. The vehicle was upscale and clean. Definitely will use them again in the future.

Driver arrived on time and messaged us. He waited for us for an hour as it was very chaotic and disorganized at the Barcelona airport arrival. Appreciate that he waited for an hour.

Our group of six used this company twice. First, we were picked up promptly at the airport where they were waiting for us & transported to our hotel. Second, we used this company to pick us up at the Barcelona cruise terminal to bring us back to the airport. Both times they were on time & extremely reliable. The van was clean & looked just like the picture.

We arrainged to have them pick us up from the airport to our first hotel and from our first hotel to our second hotel. They were easy to communicate with, prompt and even early (which I love!) would highly recommend
