The driver was there waiting for me when I picked up my luggage, and kept in contact with me via WhatsApp. Communications were excellent! His English was very good, he gave me a lot of local information about the city, and made sure I got into the B&B where I was staying before he left. I'm going to use him for my return flight later this week.

The transfer worked out very well. Our driver communicated where to meet him at the airport and it was easy to connect. We don’t speak Spanish so that made communicating a bit difficult but we managed.

The good. Driver was prompt and kept in touch upon landing. The bad. I specifically requested English speaking and he spoke none. Not his fault but the reservation gave the language option and we paid for it.

The driver had anticipated the traffic on the normal route to the airport and took us an alternative route. Which we appreciated. We did not enjoy his political commentary regarding immigrants, homeless, youth etc. as told through his translation app. He did this throughout the drive...He understood English, but did not feel comfortable speaking it.
He parked the car at the airport and escorted us in, even when we asked to be left off at the curb. He assumed we would get lost and couldn't find our way...

We booked a car from our Santiago hotel to the San Antonio cruise port. Our driver Kenny texted us the day before confirming our pick up time and was indeed right on time the day of our transfer. The car was very clean and comfortable and Kenny was very enjoyable to talk to during the ride
