The waterfalls our guide Winata took us to were amazing! Winata was so helpful at every stop, we couldn’t have asked for a better guide on our trip.
After our amazing day at the waterfalls, Winata took us to Ubuds Coffee Plantation. His knowledge of everything here was so great and was a lovely way to round off the perfect excursion.

Terrible. He drove like a maniac. I could barely understand anything he said. His English was awful. He did not arrive with any water. He did not share cultural and historical knowledge. His driving was so erratic I became so nauseated we didn’t make it to any of the waterfalls. I just wanted to return to the hotel.

We had an amazing journey with our guide Kantun! He took us a lot of pictures and found us a place for having lunch! We would definitely repeat with him :)

Our guide and driver was Merta. He was informative and excellent guide and photographer! We had typical Balinese lunch which was delicious

We loved the cave-like feel of navigating to the waterfall. Our driver Merta recommended a certain order of which to visit first which resulted in very few people and it allowed us to take our time as well as take great photos.

Just beautiful! We were 3 moms with 3 daughters. We went on the waterfall excursion and it exceeded our expectation. The countryside and waterfalls are exquisite. Our guide Ma-de was fantastic. He was an excellent driver. He shared his local knowledge with us of the waterfalls, compounds, religions and agriculture. It was so enriching! When it came to the waterfalls he took great groups pics of us and was very caring guiding us down the steps and to the perfect spots. As our girls are teens, they also enjoyed the jungle top swings at the waterfall.Do opt for an early pick up as traffic is high at 8am.
I highly recommend this tour & Ma-de. He was 5 stars!!!!

I rated our day out as excellent because our tour guide Hendra made us feel so welcome and couldn’t do enough for us, he made our first day in Ubud really special (26th June) would highly recommend him to anyone visiting Bali, excellent service.
