Late change of pick up point didn't hamper experience as it was closer than the arranged one. Bus was a disappointment as no-one could see out of the front windows and I definitely think this hampered the journey commentary.
Guide who didn't give his name and called everyone cousin for the whole trip was good with great local knowledge on places to eat etc
Pearl harbour visit could have done with an extra half an hour time as we would have liked to go on the submarine. Visit to Uss Missouri was excellent, the history of the ship was well explained by the onboard tour guide and the self guided part of the tour was well set out inside the ship

Our bus guide did a great job, but the sound system needs fixing. Was very hard to make out what was being said.
Ralph on USS Missouri Battleship gave a great tour and talk was extremely informative.

Great tour! Highly recommend! Driver instructions for pick up were clear. Would use a trip advisor tour again. Do the battleship guided tour.

The feeling of being rushed through both sites was overwhelming. We were not able to enjoy the visit to the Battleship Missouri, because we had to be back to catch the ferry for the USS Arizona Memorial ~30-40 minutes long. Afterwards, we had about 2.5 hrs to review the shoreline sites. The Arizona visit should have been later. Also, our driver got lost picking up some guests, then her pickup point instructions were unclear. As such, I can not recommend paying the $ for this tour.

At our ages we are very aware of Pearl Harbour attack.
My father served on HMS Activity in WW2 from the age of 18.
I believe he and his ship was in the Pacific after the war in Europe had ended and on shore leave when the Japanese surrender was signed. So our experience at the memorial was very close to home. Very moving day. Wanted to do this visit for a long tim. So pleased we've paid our respects to those who didn't survive. BW

The tour was really good and the guide was very knowledgable. However it was advertised that we would be in an Air Conditioned bus, and we technically had one, but only for one small portion of the trip where we changed buses JUST so we would have that portion of what was promised. The rest of the day, the vast majority of the trip was not air conditioned.

A memorable experience for sure. Very emotional with the thought of the loss of all those soldiers. The Arizona Memorial is only 10 min but to stand where the lives were lost on their burial grounds was touchy. Exploring the Battleship Missouri was amazing. Able to go down in by the bunks...see the kitchen and every part of the inside of the Battleship. I truly recommend this tour
