From the moment we arrived to their desk at the airport to the moment we got dropped off at our resort they were fantastic. We had a pleasant experience and I would definitely use again.

This was my first time , I visited DR , I felt secure and the driver was polite and friendly. Jessica driver coordinator was friendly and very helpful , the communication was great. She help you out in any question you ask her. I never felt so comfortable in their service. Top notch. Thanks

I had to text Diamond to get details about my pick up because no one contacted me before arrival to the airport. Every-time they responded my text they answered writing in capital letters which is rude and tasteless in a text. Then I got out of the airport I see a bunch of drivers holding signs and no one has my name, is a bit overwhelming because I’m outside the airport without signs of my meeting concierge. Then I call and thankfully I had saved the phone number provided in the confirmation and I was able to tell them where I was and that I didn’t see the sign. They say to send a picture and they came to get me. The greeting employee was no friendly and lacks customer service. Then she makes me wait for the driver which in that time introduced me to his coworker “Price” which was the total opposite te to her attitude and super friendly and made feel welcome, he have 5 stars, the driver Ronaldo was super warm and friendly and good driver he also have 5 stars. The 2 stars are for the lady who supposed to have my name on a sign and she didn’t and was careless about her job.

Diamond Tours was amazing in Punta Cana!! They had all my information on their list. We only waited less than 5 minutes for them to pull up with our shuttle to the Breathless resort. I reached out to them the day before we left and they confirmed our pickup time. Also, they arrived 5 minutes prior to pickup time. I would recommend them to anyone traveling there.

I booked this airport transfer to and from Breathless Resort and Spa. The pickup from Breathless to go back to PUJ was great - the driver was on time and the team communicated in advance via WhatsApp and iMessage to confirm pickup time.
The airport pickup on the other hand was not so great. There was no communication in advance about where to meet our driver and the pickup area did not have a sign with my name as expected. When we landed, it was very difficult to connect to the airport WiFi and we had little to no cell service. We tried calling the local number but it didn’t go through. The tour operator contacted me while I was in the air so I didn’t have a way to see it or respond. We tried messaging through the Viator booking with the limited WiFi we had but it wasn’t helpful. It ended up taking 45 minutes to figure out who to talk to before we were on our way - once we figured that out everything went smoothly. We also didn’t realize there was more than one arrival terminal. The driver was able to help us pick up one person from our party at the other terminal on the way.

It was a great experience! Even though we didn’t know Spanish and the driver didn’t know English he was trying to communicate with us. He made us feel safe. I will use them again! (:
