We had 3 transfers booked with Diamond each one was on time and we were very happy with the service. My only complaint is we paid the extra $10 for 2 beers and waters on our arrival transfer from the airport and didn't receive them

Great communication. Easy to find after getting through airport and Kelly was very helpful in providing tips and suggestions to our first visit in DR. We’ll use them again.

Our flight to Punta Cana was late by like 3 hours thanks to a broken 1st plane. Bummer for us but no worries at all with these guys! Sent a quick email once we found out and they were ready for us upon arrival as if nothing happened! (In the event that you share a similar unforeseen change just go to the "my bookings" portion of the app or the website. You'll find a link to make a change to your booking and may choose to email or call them.)
After you collect your bags go all the way outside the airport to the pickup area and you'll find them. Just walk in a straight line once you exit the airport and you'll find them located at the end of the pick up area as of May 13 2024. There's also airport staff located nearby the area to assist you if needed.
The gentleman from Diamond who initially greeted us had us download the WhatsApp Messenger so that on the day before you leave you can contact them to them to confirm your pickup time. We reached out around 130p Sunday and confirmed the drivers arrival time for Monday morning. So for our 12 noon flight the driver was there at 830a sharp, as promised. We had a 50 min drive and and he had us at the airport with plenty of time to spare! Good thing too, we had to check a bag and security wait was looooooong!
One last note, we had a different driver each way, both were fantastic!

We were impressed with our greeting at the Punta Cana Airport by Diamond Transport. Kelly greeted our family and found us a quiet spot to wait with our luggage while our transport pulled up. He told us several tips for our trip and we got his contact info to book a tour for later in our trip. Our driver arrived quickly and loaded our bags. He was very friendly and patient with our family as we practiced our Spanish with him. He described where we were going along the way to our hotel and pointed out things of interest. We had such a great arrival to our hotel that we immediately booked our trip back to the airport for the next week with Diamond Transport rather than using the free hotel transportation. For our return to Punta Cana airport, our driver arrived early and we had another great ride back to the airport. Both trips we had booked a suburban and the drivers provided a smooth and clean ride from and to the airport.

Exceptional service and price! Only "snag" was, we booked on a third-party site and the confirmation email didn't specify to look for DIAMOND transport, so there was a little hiccup there, which was met with an apologetic representative once we figured it out. Vehicles were in good shape. Drivers were polite and courteous. Pickup-drop off were timely with no issues. Recommend!!
