Everything went as stated and drivers were safe and friendly and in time. Was even contacted day prior to work out return trip and to make sure pick up time and location was understood which i appreciated

We were met upon arrival with a sign with our name on it. They promptly loaded our luggage and we were on our way. Clean van and polite driver.

Booked a transfer online with Diamond Transportation for our pickup at the airport and from the hotel at Breathless. Payment upon arrival of hotel. We were greeted by Francis at the airport with a sign for us. He was very nice and helpful, his English was limited but we were able to communicate with Google translate. Provided us with WiFi in the van and was pointing out places of interest for us. Also very helpful in making sure he handled the bags for us while we were comfy in our seats. For pickup we had our driver Gelvin pick us up at the front entrance of out hotel. He was on time and was very patient with us as one of out members was running late. He took care of all our luggage and was very nice to deal with. Provided WiFi in cab ride and was very socialable. Both drivers were awesome and a pleasure to deal with. I will also mention that my correspondence with the company with WhatsApp was awesome too. Responding instantly and keeping us upto date with our scheduled pickups. Very easy to deal with, would use them again. We were there for a short time, had we stayed longer would have checked out some of their tours.
