Private Transfer between Punta Cana Airport and Cap Cana

Worst transportation company I have ever dealt with. When I arrived at the transportation area I was told to wait a few minutes while the receptionist got her hair braided in front of me. After a few minutes of waiting in the heat I was then told my ride was on the way and would arrive in 5 minutes. 20 minutes pass and a raggedy van pulls up. I requested and paid for a private SUV round trip. I explained that wasn't what I paid for and was forced to wait another 20 minutes for the car to arrive. When I arrived at my hotel I asked the driver for the return transportation information and was told someone would reach out to me the day before my flight. I was contacted by text the day before and asked what time I would like to be picked up. I requested the time I wanted but wasn't pick up on time. I tried calling the number I was reached from multiple times with no answer. The driver arrived 45 minutes late. Luckily I did not miss my flight only because it was delayed. Never again. Consider going with a different company

They are very clean, safe and organized. We will continue to use them for our Punta Cana trips. Highly recommend.

Van needs improvement - transportation from puj airport to resort hotel on a beat up black van. I was expecting a white van with Diamonds tour brand .

The driver was very pleasant,picked us up and we really felt like we were home.Will book with Diamond in the future and will recommend.

Once we left the last security checkpoint for baggage it took us a min to find our driver due to him helping another customer, so keep in mind once you land and get your things.. He was very helpful Once he found us and assisted with our bags.

MY Fiance and I love the service that was provided to us, our flight was delayed by like two hours because of airport system glitch. Was good communication between them letting them know my flight was really delayed and was told not to worry that they will be waiting when we arrived. That's what i call great customer service job well done!! And shout out to kelly he was really nice and friendly will be booking again.

I loved the service and drivers and vehicles used. No complaint at all. On our way to the airport the driver shared so much information that next time we will know a little more about things to do in Punta Cana. He also gave us a lot of tips about the food in DR. We really appreciated his kindness. The only complaint I have was the phone app we could not do anything or check on reservations unless we got a text from you.

We will use this transportation company again though because we really liked it. :)

Great transfer to/from the airport and the cap cana area. The bus was super comfy, had great a/c which is very necessary in the Punta Cana heat. A safe and reliable option to make sure you have no worries during your trip about getting back to the airport on time as well.
