• You must inform the operator if the child is under 12 years of age. Children will be transported in seats approved in accordance with Article 55 of the Highway Code.
• The cruise is under the responsibility of the cruise operator (subject to weather and navigation conditions).
• Generally, our tours are carried out in Portuguese or English, an extra language can be added if there is a minimum number of users. Only French and Spanish languages are guaranteed in activities
• Duration: duration is approximately 10 hours, the tour is subject to local traffic, visiting times, etc.
• Collection: At hotels in the center of Porto. For private accommodation and other types of accommodation, the meeting point is next to the statue of Vimara Peres, close to the Porto Cathedral.
• Collection and delivery is not included in Vila Nova de Gaia and Matosinhos (hotels and other accommodation).
• Reservation is mandatory and requires an email request/confirmation. Reservations must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the service date.
• All tours depart from Porto.
• Pick-up and drop-off service is not included in the "Hotel Pickup" option.
• The services included in the tours (visits to wine estates, restaurants, etc.) are subject to the availability of third parties and other groups/participants may be with the group during the experience. Schedules may be changed without prior notice.
• Most travelers can participate.
• Please note that the total duration of the activity may be affected by traffic conditions. We strongly recommend that you do not schedule any additional activities or make other plans in the hour after the scheduled end time.
• Vegetarian and gluten-free meal options are available if requested prior to the day of booking. Please let us know before the tour starts.
• This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If canceled due to not reaching the minimum number, you will be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Such an amazing tour of the Douro Valley! Paolo and Nelson were the best tour guides. We had so much fun and learned so much. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Porto 😄

One of the best days me and my husband had in Portugal our guide Nelson was brilliant he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great day he had so much knowledge of the area and the views were amazing he stopped in perfect locations we enjoyed every minute of the day thanks to him a credit to the company many thanks.

Paulo was amazing and knowledgeable on our tour. We learned a lot on our ride over to Amarante and he showed us the best places there. At the vineyard the tour leader was fun and told us all about their organic wine, olive oil, and honey processes. We got to walk around the vineyard, see the giant wine barrels and try wonderful wine, olive oil, and honey. It was a smaller tour group, only about 14 people. After we got a full lunch with desert at a lovely restaurant with a great view. The boat ride was fun and relaxing. The area of the river was peaceful and beautiful. I definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to spend a lovely day in Douro Valley!

This was such a lovely tour with so many beautiful views, and our tour conductor was so kind and accommodating! The vineyard was glorious and so was the boat tour, they really have it all!

I have to say it was one of the worst tour we did. It was more a driver than a guide. He did not explain anything about the region or anything. I had to ''argue'' with the driver because he wanted to cancel one of the activities because a couple in our group had a dinner reservation back in Porto, when it clearly says in the description not to book anything. Also, we booked a tour in French, we were put in a group with a couple that barely spoke english and a family who only spoke Portuguese. It was very awkward in our van and during lunch. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this tour to anyone.

Amazing day trip with our guide Hugo. The day was well balanced and organized. Had one wine tour at a family farm (with more than enough opportunities to have wine throughout the day at lunch and on the boat cruise as well). The Douro region is so winding but Hugo’s driving was very smooth the whole day and he did great keeping our small group of 8 comfortable in the van and on track at each of our break stops - he never once would’ve left us behind. 10/10 for Hugo! It was such a wonderful day and the highlight of our time in Porto. 100% I would recommend this company and doing a day trip to the Douro valley.

Thanks to Hugo our guide who drives very well, who shared his knowledge with us about the Douro valley, Portugal and its history. Very very good, hearty meal accompanied by good wines, served quickly and with a smile. The cruise and the tasting will also leave us with a good memory

Incredible experience!

Thank you so much to our guide Hugo who went above and beyond! He is very knowledgeable about the history and culture of his country. We loved the tour, the Douro river cruise, lunch and the wine tasting. I will recommend this to anyone who is interested.
