Easy as pie. Sergio was waiting for us outside of customs. He told us about the city enroute to our hotel and was very kind.

Greeted by someone holding a sign when coming out of baggage …she nodded at us and I nodded back in acknowledgement that we were the party she was looking for. She never greeted us or really spoke, motioned for us to follow but was on the phone the whole time. Had us wait by the curbside for a driver. He never greeted us. Drove from the airport to the hotel … hit a police road block … never explained to us what was going on … turned around to find another way to our hotel. Arrived at the hotel and was told I owed money for the trip from the airport that I had already paid for. He put me in touch with his company that again told me I owed $$ for a trip that I had already paid for. They ended up taking pictures of my confirmation indicating the trip was paid in full. The service was TERRIBLE!! Would not recommend. Did not know how to interact with a paying customer. The driver never spoke to us once until we arrived at our destination and asked for money for a trip already paid for. Of course, I said no and showed proof that it was already paid. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Fantastic service. Driver there to meet us as planned. Took our luggage. Not easy to park at our hotel on the river bank and took care of our luggage all the way. As soon as our flights are confirmed I'm def going to book for return journey . Reasonably priced cannot fault this company

We took a transfer both to and from the airport to our hotel in downtown Porto. Both drivers were very professional and a pleasure to be around. Provided valuable information about the city and were so friendly!
100% would recommend and will use on our next visit!

Our flight was delayed so I was worried that would impact our pickup but it was no problem. Our driver was waiting just outside bag pick up with a sign with our names and a friendly smile! We were given bottles of water when we got in the van and it was a smooth ride to our hotel.

Pedro took us both from our cruise ship to the Sheraton and then a few days later to OPO in the early morning. He was early for our OPO pickup and service was excellent for both trips. He has a great sense of humor and very knowledgeable about Porto. We would not hesitate to ask for him again.

The driver was on time very courteous and swift. He went above and beyond and despite the very early hour the cost of the airport transfer was very reasonable. On top of this the previous passenger's child had left a small bag in the taxi and this was discovered. The child's father phoned the driver in distress. It was clear he was going to post this bag to its owner overseas at his own cost of postage and time. He had a strong sense of his generous obligation and this was impressive.

Pedro was an amazing driver! On the way from the airport to the Air b&b, I mentioned that I loved Pastel de Nada. Pedro parked the car, jumped out, and quickly returned with Pastel de Nada for all 5 of us! We booked a tour for the following day to the Douro Valley. Pedro arrived right on time to pick us up- with more Pastel de Natas! Over the next few days, Pedro arranged for another driver, Manuel, for our transport to Coimbra, and 2 days later to Lisbon. Manuel was equally wonderful- very knowledgeable about the area and history of Portugal- we felt like we learned so much! When Manual picked us up in Coimbra, Pedro surprised us by coming to say goodbye and bring YET MORE Pastel de Nada! When I realized I had forgotten my coat at our air b&b in Coimbra, Pedro and Manuel coordinated with our air b&b host to have yet another driver traveling near by to pick up the coat and deliver it to Manuel while we were touring Fatima on our way to Lisbon. Unbelievable service and hospitality. To say they went “above and beyond the call of duty” is an understatement! We felt like we made new friends in Portugal rather than just hiring drivers.
