I was hesitant to book such an adventure with the children and also didn't want to get injured but the Bluberry team made sure the whole experience was safe and lots of fun. There were no other groups on this route so we could take our time. Can't wait to come back and book the next one!

A beautiful place for canyoning.
Pretty easy to get along.
The crew ist really funny and kind and you can feel, that they like this job. There are some interesting things to see/feel like the phosphor that heats the sand underwater at some places. If you stick your hands inside its really hot and again, just a nice vibe and attitude from the staff.

We went canyoning and coasteering with Azorean Active Blueberry.
Shout out to Bruno, Paulo and the whole team! They all had such a positive, infectious energy. Despite the daring activities, we felt safe with the equipment and cared for by the guides. They encouraged us to push ourselves but never to the point that we were scared or uncomfortable.
If you enjoy the outdoors and a sense of adventure, I highly encourage you to book with them. You won't regret it.

I did two tours with them: canyoneering and coasteering. The tour guides are amazing. They know what they are doing and they take their time to explain everything to everyone. Even when you are scared, they reassure you! ( otherwise, there is always a chicken pass😜) They are really professionnal but at the same time, they do jokes to make sure everyone feels comfortable! When I did the coasteering tour, there were some kids too, they were also good with kids!
I recommand these tours to everyone.

Where to start! The experience was fantastic and probably more adventurous than I was expecting. We abseiled, zip - lined, and jumped from waterfalls in between navigating some rocky canyons.
The team - what a team. If you could bottle their enthusiasm, passion, and energy, it would be a recipe for success in any industry.
Bruno, Paulo, Dawid, Carolina, and Kinga (apologies for those whose name I didn't collect). You were a delight to be around, and I can not recommend this highly enough.
Book it and get a dose of feel-good factor in your life.

Myself, my partner and two girls (aged 8 and 10) spent a week on Sao Miguel. We went canyoning and coasteering with this company and they were absolutely fantastic. One of my daughters was quite nervous before we joined the session but Bruno and the team put her instantly at ease with their friendly and professional approach. This was the highlight of our holiday, something we will all remember. The girls voted coasteering as their favourite activity for the week!

Under the friendly and competent guidance of Paulo (founder), Carolina (guide) and Bruno (guide), we climbed over boulders in wetsuits along the south coast of San Miguel, swam through the water, played with the surf and repeatedly jumped into natural rock pools.
The guides looked after us individually and kindly, in the rocky terrain and during the jumps. The jump heights varied between two and eleven meters, depending on the needs of the participants. The equipment provided is in very good condition. There is a large range of different clothing sizes.
We can highly recommend Azorean Blueberry. We would trust Paulo and his crew again in a heartbeat.
