Aruba Jet Ski Waverunner Rental

Jet ski rental experience was good overall. The equipment was great, functioned well. The water was lovely and the views were great. We had a large group and had booked three sessions of double two-seater jet skis. They had way overbooked themselves, so what should have been a 1.5hr excursion ended up drawing out to a 4hr event because each 30min session they only had one double jet ski for us. It was just poor execution on their part with bookings.
We also met them at Palm Beach and were boated over to Eagle beach... we had brought a lot of stuff and I wondered why we didn't just meet and check in at Eagle beach.
Overall good experience, but parts could have been better.

It was nice & I was able to get my reservation moved up with no hassle. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is at the end the owner accused me of running into another jet ski I was close but never made contact with the other jet ski. It was very unprofessional to lie on me especially when he was nowhere near where we were. I’d just say be careful because if it looks like you’re close to another jet ski you may get charged.

Had a blast on the wave runners. The crew gave easy instructions and ample time to have a good time! The Jetski's were in great condition

We had a great experience, it was an easy process to get checked in and start riding. The jet skis looked fairly new, my only complaint would be that I wish the jet skis had speakers like some I’ve rode in the past but we still had a ton of fun.

Really lovely staff and team! They took really good care of us. We got a free little boat ride included to the jet ski area, which was really cool. All the equipment and instruction was great and good quality. My only note was that the jet ski area gets a little crowded sometimes, but that is not really a problem of Delphi. Most people were considerate and stayed at a safe distance.

Went on the wave runners yesterday we absolutely had a blest we come to aruba every year and never miss out on delphi yesterday we bumped in to Gaby after 2 years she taught our son flyboard and was the best entertainment on the sunset cruise unfortunately she does not work at delphi anymore which we were sad to hear she really was the best and want her bek! But over all had an amazing time as allways! Shout to olga we love you to

I enjoy the Jet ski ride the people there make you feel welcome like rio and J are like my brothers they made feel apart of the family and helped me. I appreciate everything what I know and what I can say is thank you to them 10/10 fun trip! Check it out!

Beware! Delphi tried to scam our group of moms and kids when we had a 30 minute jetski trip June 2024. As we came back into the beach after the ride, the guy in charge at the kiosk walked down yelling at us that there was damage to the bumper of the jetski so we owed the $300. We argued that we had never seen any damage on the jet ski, they never showed us anything just told us to jump on as quick as possible, and away we went. Of course none of us had any collision and we were very careful with the equipment. But they continued to argue and scream at us that we owed the $300 and they would not take us back to the beach they picked us up at. We luckily had only paid in cash so they did not have our credit cards to illegally charge. We had to walk barefoot for a mile until we found a taxi to drive us back to the original spot we were picked up at. If you choose to use this business please only pay in cash and look over the equipment extremely carefully before you get on. They will try to scam you! One of the employees admitted that it is a tourist scam that they pull on a regular basis. Very upsetting.
