An amazing unforgettable experience!
Our guide George was experienced and professional.
We felt safe even during challenging rapid's.
The duration was 2-2.5 hours in the water which was perfect.
The scenery was amazing and the guid took our photos so we didn’t have to worry about bringing our phones.
Great logistics and organization.
Altogether fabulous unforgettable experience.

My wife and I booked a trip down the Arachthos. It was great, we rode with two guides, Kostas and Christos, who were great. I had never rafted before and they instructed us perfectly, made it challenging enough to be enjoyable, and took plenty of photos/videos to hat they sent to us after. They mare a stop at a beautiful waterfall at our request and overall did everything to make the experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend this experience, it is great value for the price, and is great for all ages.

We had heard about the possibility of rafting on the Arachthos River but after speaking to other guests at our hotel who raved about it, we decided to give it a go. And we are so delighted that we did as it will certainly rate as one of the best, if not the best, experience, of our 6 week tour of Greece. The scenery is just spectacular and beyond description. Even the drive to the starting point from the meeting point is mind-blowingly stunning. But undoubtedly the experience was made all the better by the professionalism of the Alpine Zone Rafting team. From the reservation by phone, (thank you Achilleas), to the careful driving from the meeting point to the rafting start point, to the safety equipment and water provided, everything was top level. And to top it all, you knew from the start that you were dealing with professional and highly capable rafters. Their attention to safety was first class, (at the meeting point, it was immediately spotted that I was wearing a wrist band with my medical issues), and on the water this continued all the time ... but always with fun. And although we were in a raft with Kostas who was superb, multilingual and informative, we would have had no problem being with any of staff in the 4 rafts as you could see them all operating to the same standards. And so that we never forget our experience, later in the evening we received copies of all the photos Kostas had taking during our rafting experience by WhatsApp, included in the the price. So thank Alpine Zone Rafting and Kostas for a wonderful time in your wonderful company. Paul & Sylvia
