The day of the tour me and my son got sick so we couldn’t go. I asked them if I could change the tour for the next day and at first the guy said ok and asked me the hotel I was staying at so I assumed it was possible and that I didn’t have to pay anything. Then all day texting back and forth at any moment he told me that I had to pay the tour again. And late that afternoon I asked him again just to double check and this was his response: “obviously you have to pay today is today and tomorrow is another day” then he called me right after and told me the same thing and hanged up on me . That was absolutely very rude and I honestly won’t recommend this agency at all. Stay away from Inkas World Peru tours. Pay a little bit more and get better customer service!!!

Staff were really helpful nothing was to much trouble great network of ppl buses were on time or if missed they done there best to find what you needed really safe
