Viator provided excellent customer service and assisted us throughout our trip. However, with respect to the operating agent in Egypt, "Charming Egypt Tours," they consistently fell short in fulfilling our requests. They exhibited a lack of professionalism and transparency in handling various aspects of the trip.
Moreover, when we initially purchased our tour, it was explicitly stated that all admissions were included. Unfortunately, this turned out not to be the case, as we had to pay for admission tickets at various temples throughout the trip. Additionally, the tour package had promised to "Guarantee to skip the long lines," but this service was never delivered.
