The Douro Valley in a Tesla tour with Sergio is amazing! Sergio is authentic, intelligent & delightful. We were driven safely & in comfort from Porto to the Douro valley allowing us to take in the breathtaking views while getting “insider” information about his awe inspiring corner of the world. Sergio arranged for boutique olive oil & port tastings with a boat ride on the Douro River complete with a private drop off! From there, we were whisked away in the Tesla to a delicious lunch that was expertly paired with local table wines & ports. None of us wanted our Douro Valley experience to end! When researching our upcoming trip to Porto we were urged to splurge when it came to the Douro Valley Tour. We don’t go for large group tours. We decided on Sérgio because he replied to so many Porto questions on Facebook - he was obviously knowledgeable. There was not a single moment of regret, disappointment, or boredom! The entire day (about 10 hours) was just great. During the drive he answered every question about the region. The tastings, tours & boat ride were perfect and the farm to table lunch with wine pairing one of the best I’ve ever had. This day will be in our top adventures forever!

Sérgio was an excellent guide and helped us understand the Douro Valley region and how Port is made. His Tesla was comfortable and clean and he kept us on schedule. We would highly recommend Sergio’s tour to anyone who is the Porto area for a tour. Thank you Sergio for a memorable day in the valley.

the best touring experience we have had. Sergio was amazing, visited 3 wineries. Also a boat ride on the duoro. Well worth the 11 hours.

This was an absolutely amazing tour with Sergio! He is such an informative tour guide and had planned so many special experiences for us. From the wine tastings, to the boat ride on the river, to the spectacular views, and then the most amazing lunch! It was definitely the highlight of our trip to Portugal.

Booked a semi-private tour with Sergio but had him all to ourselves. Sergio imparted his wealth of knowledge about the Douro Valley the entire day while introducing us to some of the Valley's great wines and an amazing lunch. This tour was one of the highlights of our entire visit to Portugal. Very highly recommend!

A day spent with Sergio in his beautiful Tesla exploring the Douro Valley is a day you will treasure forever in your vacation memories. Visiting vineyards and tasting rooms nestled in the beautiful valley while gaining an education from the well-informed Sérgio; being treated like a VIP with private access tours and tastings; a gentle boat ride down the Douro and delightful farm to table food…..all makes for the perfect experience! The tour with Sérgio was truly a highlight of our trip to Porto! Let’s start with the basics. He was early and the vehicle was spotless. Great start to the day! Despite very poor weather the day of our tour, it didn’t impact it at all. On the way to the valley, Sérgio made the drive pass quickly by providing a vast amount of knowledge of the region and its history as a wine producer. Once there, at all of our stops it was apparent that Sérgio had great relationships with everyone we encountered. That familiarity ensured that we were treated well! He was like “family” everywhere we went. It was also a bonus that Sérgio served as a great photographer to memorialize our day! Overall, I will recommend Portugal EV Tours to everyone I know that’s looking for suggestions when visiting Porto.
