Tulum 4x1 tours Coba , cenote swim and Playa del Carmen

This review is based on our family tour that we did on June 3,2024. You know that saying that say's “you get what you pay for” although this tour is cheap it is not well executed. We were picked up late from our resort which then we were rushed through all the activities. I signed up for the English tour and was given a tour guide named Fernanda that did not speak English. Everything she was saying was in Spanish and would say some English here or there. I’m the only one in my family who speaks both Spanish and English and this tour guide was asking me to translate for her. I also believe that our tour guide became frustrated because in Tulum she was not able to give us proper explanation of the archeological sites and just told us we had free time and we could roam around by ourselves. Every place we went from their on she told us it was free time and gave little to no direction. This tour is not family friendly if you are traveling with children under the age of 10 do not do this tour . This tour is also not wheelchair accessible/ friendly lots of rocky turf and stairs. The cenote was disgusting, green and smelly. The buffet that was included was mediocre. The tour felt rushed especially since they were the ones who were late picking us up. I would recommend you pay a little more for a more efficient and enjoyable tour.
