We Romanians are often amused that 80% of the hundreds of thousands of tourists that book Tours of Romania and come from across the globe to see the Castle of Dracula, or more accurately, the Bran Castle, leave with their history lesson learned and forget about Bram Stoker’s fiction.

Surprisingly, it was very snowy today! With that being said, due to the weather conditions one of the roads was closed, so we had to take a longer route to and from the final destination.
Despite this unfortunate turn of events, our guide was very kind and spent all this extra time with us; we always answered all of our questions, kept us a great company and and told a lot about the history of the places we passed by. It was very interesting to listen to, so thank you!
We are very grateful for his kindness and consideration, and for him taking us to the castle anyway, despite the challenges. My family and I enjoyed every moment of this tour.
We would definitely recommend for those who want to see the beautiful landscapes of Romania and the Bran Castle :)

We had such an amazing time with Nicolas today! He picked us up bright and early from our air bnb, we stopped for coffee, and then made our way to the fun! We stopped at the bear sanctuary, Dracula's castle, and Peles castle. He has a very nice, clean, large transit van, it is very comfortable with AC and he even let me play my music over Bluetooth ☺️
His English is superb, he is very friendly and knows so many cool facts about the history and architecture of literally everything we saw while driving and whenever we stopped to walk. 10/10 would recommend.
