The Mahathat temple was fascinating and beautiful. Our guide was top notch and knew what he was talking about. He gave us insights on the life of the Thai royalty of the past. The river cruise with lunch back to BKK was surprisingly relaxing and food was good with a lot of selections.

A long minibus trip initially but worth the wait to see some impressive ruins & monuments at three locations in this ancient capital. After a short ride in a fairly comfortable minibus, we reached the river cruise where we joined several other tours for an excellent lunch as we sailed along the rivers. Khun Donna provided lots of information as we explored and also helped take many group shots for us.
A good day - just two concerns. We had some difficulty understanding all that Khun Donna shared and when on the cruise, best place to see many of the views after lunch was on the top deck, but the commentary and announcements regarding tea & coffee availability etc. were not relayed up there. Other than that, a good day out.

Nice combination of Ayutthaya site and river cruise. Just enough time. Food on the river cruise was beyond our expectations. Very pleasant to see Bangkok from the Chao Phraya river.

The trip was comfortable and we were given enough time to roam around in the places. The tour guide was also good. Communication was very proper and the agency people had confirmed the tour timings using whatsapp chat a day earlier.The only point which we found was we were asked to meet at 7:45am wherein the tour started post 8:30am. Apart from that, the tour was the best we got in Thailand.
