Sayadia and Bokhari are some of the most famous food dishes in Aqaba and made up of many different spices. Where people of Aqaba make this food in many official Occasions and events.

The group we did the experience with was fun, but we didn't really cook anything the host cooked it all and we each cut up 1 item. I think cooking class doesn't really describe this experience.

The Sayadia cooking experience was a highlight of a weekend in Aqaba. Mustafa and his team, along with the lovely host family, did an exceptional job. The food preparation was fun and interesting, and I learned some of the secrets in making this traditional meal.
