We pre-booked private transport for 6 people, but when we arrived in Punta Cana there was no driver to be found. We eventually found a woman who looked at our online reservation and was able to make some phone calls. A driver showed up for us about 20 minutes later. The dispatcher and the driver himself were fantastic and it was a great ride to the hotel, but we had expected the convenience of having someone waiting for us at the end of the long trip.

My travels to the Dominican Republic was made super easy with the help of this company as I was unable to book a ride directly using the hotel’s accommodations. I was picked up by Daniel Mora who got me to my destination safe and sound, on time and made my ride comfortable being that I was traveling solo. I would definitely use this service again.

Punta Cana Transport provided excellent and prompt pickup and dropoff at the airport and at my resort. Punta Cana Transport sign was easy to find upon arriving at the airport. Jose, our driver, was professional, courteous, and on time. Vehicle was clean and in good condition.
I strongly recommend Punta Cana Transport for transfer to and from airport.

Came with my man and it was a great time in a new country it all starts with the pick up and ends with the drop off .. and working with them mad every so easy .Great communication on time pick ups ! Will definitely be use them again

Seamless experience and honestly the best transfer service that I’ve experienced. The company reached out to me a day before my trip to let me know where to locate them once I landed. We waited about 5 mins and our transfer came. Our driver Michael was very pleasant and attentive. He showed us some cool things to do on our way to the hotel.
