WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. Nobody was at the airport waiting for my arrival as well as I was on the phone with the “tour operator” for 30 min in the bare Caribbean heat trying to figure out where is my ride by myself and she ends up telling me to find someone at the airport to help me and hangs up on me. I then find the company at the airport and then they tell me that I have to wait for someone to come pick me up after waiting the past 30 min thinking someone is already there waiting for me. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Never again.

Alberto Paulino was very professional and courteous. He was on time to pick us up from the airport. We got there safely and made sure that the hotel got our luggage and sent us in the right direction. Ask for him if you have the chance too .

We had gotten great service and our driver Alberto Paulino Was great help and informational. He was on time and no issues from the airport to the hotel.

Our trip to the resort was very pleasant. The driver Alberto Paulino was on time and met us at the Van. We had a safe and comfortable ride to the hotel. If using this company, he is another one of their drivers to ask for if possible.

We had a pleasurable ride to and from Nickelodeon Resort in Punta Cana. The van was well air conditioned and the path was smooth. Overall, a great transportation experience.

A big thank you to Michael for transporting us from the hotel to the airport. They also stayed in community with us a day before pick to confirm everything! He arrived on time to the hotel to pick us up and even waited for us as we checked out! I will definitely be using this company again when coming to Punta Cana!
