I never got a email or where to get picked up from this excursion, so basically they just took my money and didn’t let me know anything I even emailed them still no response

This was just ok. They forgot to turn on my husbands air and they push you it’s not motorized.
However, ending the trip with Tutti Frutti was a highlight!

We chose the 8:00 time slot and received a pick up time of 8:25. No one showed up untill 8:40. Everything was so unorganized and confusing. The activity itself was fun but there were too many people on the activity. They stuffed us on the transfer boat like sardines. Felt very unsafe. Then on our way back to the hotel the driver stopped at KFC at the request of another guest and we waited for an hour.

Had a blast on the tour and tootie frootie was everything he’s going to give you a whole concert. We took a ride on a glass bottom boat, did a little snorkeling we even saw a dolphin show which was nice as well.

What an awesome experience. Highly recommend this experience. They do have a “photo shoot” while you’re under the water. Reasonably priced. Much easier than risking using your own camera. It was great that they picked us up at our resort, only downside is they had so many pickups in all directions that we spent almost 2 hrs on the bus each way to get there and back.There were little shops that I wanted to buy souvenirs but was cash only. ☹️

Go down with the scuba is very safe. The experience is short but cute. My only complain is that is difficult to do your own photos because they want to sell his own once I had my husband in front of me the scuba put himself between us literally on purpose. You will see on the photos. The second part when u do snorkel is amazing even better than the scuba. Still the experience was worth it. And u can buy good photos from them

The whole experience was fantastic. Pick up was on time and English speaking group was all great fun. Snorkelling is unbelievable and great fun. The scooters are something else and photos are worth getting, it is once in a lifetime experience. The glass bottom boat was fine, a bit crammed. The only downside was the dolphins where you are told we will take you to see the dolphins only to see the caged enclosures where people pay to swim with the dolphins…

Booked excursion 6/15 12pm-4pm. Received pick up time the night before as 1pm, pushing the excursion back by at least 2 hours. Tour operator would not respond to my texts or calls and Viator support refused to issue refund.

Me & my family (3) was the only black people on this excursion, and tutti fruity did not want to speak English for us. We didn’t understand anything he was saying and when we asked can he translate he caught an attitude, so the only passengers translated for us. We was not given any snacks just water. We barely seen any fishes while snorkeling. Under water we took a couple of pictures and was back on the boat. If you do go, go with a group.
