Our driver Juan Carlos arrived at the hotel 20 minutes earlier and was very polite. Assisted us with the several luggages our family had. Very pleased with the overall service.

We had a delay with the flight and then an extremely slow customs line. When I called the tour office the woman who I spoke to was accommodating and understanding. Shortly after that conversation, our driver called threatening to leave because we were taking too long. In the end he waited and the trip was a success but it was stressful wondering if our ride was going to be waiting for us. The tour company needs to understand that passengers cannot control late arriving planed or slow immigration lines.
