Glad I heard about this before our family’s trip to Grace Bay. Arrived on a Saturday afternoon-big crowds of people waiting in a long queue for customs. We were ushered through quickly. As well, our flight from Miami was turbulent so we all had to fill out individual entry forms the moment we entered the airport-the employees were quick in advising us on flight numbers & hotels addresses to ensure a quicker turnaround. Definitely VERY glad we used this service!

Best money we could spent when we arrived at Turks and Caicos‘s airport, it was a nightmare, but we had fast pass and we were in and out of the airport in 15 minutes

Fast and efficient just seemed kind of pricey, agents were pleasant and it is worth it if you have small sleepy kids after travel

Using the service saved us at least 20 minutes of waiting in the customs arrival line. Our flight had been delayed and we arrived 3 hours late so it was especially valuable. Already booked the service going back.

It was my first time thru that airport, which is a bit different from others. It was helpful seeing the blue shirt but thought I'd get a more personal bag connection

Waiting in a long line to get through Customs is not what i paid for so that we wouldn’t have to wait. The line for regular customers went faster than the fast pass line. A complete waste of money.
