We travelled in a comfortable mini bus equipped with a/c that met us outside our hotel to the breathtaking beautiful Tatra mountains in Poland with the most stunning view. We were mesmerized by the majestic mountains that form a picturesque backdrop. With the traditional highlander houses in the town of Zakopane adding a touch of cultural charm to this already enchanting view.

The bus driver was friendly and helpful and the tour guide was a lovely, friendly and knowledgeable lady who gave us interesting facts along the way pointing out all the bits that you would miss and not know about if you did this trip independently.

We had several pit stops along the way, the most memorable for us being a traditional highlanders village with amazing wooden houses and a Stork nest and a delightful local spot where we sampled the traditional cheese and vodka - delicious!!

We stopped in Zakopane for 3 hours giving us plenty of time to explore the local area. We travelled easily up the mountain by funicular train with the most magnificent views! There were delightful eateries and market stalls at the top with all sorts of local foods, clothes and gifts.

At the base of the mountain there was another amazing local market with even more options to pick up local items to bring home and many food places to sit and enjoy the ambience and spectacular views.

We captured the natural wonders and rich heritage of this captivating destination. An amazing day out that is a must do! 10/10

I was picked up at my hotel in time by my lovely driver Artur, Joanna was a brilliant guide, very informative, cheerful, friendly and she spoke English and Spanish extremely well. Maybe she can also speak other languages? I didn’t ask her. Unfortunately I slipped at the thermal pools and hurt my leg and the bus driver to Zakopane, (Janus?), Joanna and Artur were fantastic. They all helped me, Artur called into a shop and got me some ice and walked me into my apartment. I couldn’t fault them. Thank you so much everyone. I would recommend this tour guide company to everyone.

Maja was very friendly and an excellent guide.

A well rounded day, overall very well put together. Zakopane was a really nice town. Sadly it was a drizzly day and as such we were unable to get much of a view from the funicular.

Overcrowded and uncomfortable transport, very unsafe as not all seatbelts were working. Wrongly advertised as Hotel pick up and 15 travellers - 20 travellers and a 10 minute walk to a meet up location - didn’t mind the walk but don’t advertise it as hotel pick up! Viator blamed the tour company and vice versa and then closed the complaint- so much for customer relations! Rude tour guide who thought it was ok to shout down the bus wrongly accusing guests of writing bad reviews! Surely a review is a point of view??? Well, she can have a review if she wants one!
The actual sightseeing was ok- Zakopane very nice but the top of the mountain was a bit disappointing- lots of fairground rides and attractions that would be very expensive for families with young children! Purely due to the transport, tour guide and customer service I would avoid this tour at all costs and I will not be booking through Viator ever again.

Very rude tour guide Maja. From the outset, we were asked to meet the bus at a different hotel 10 minutes away- not a big deal to us, but not as advertised. Once on the bus, it became quickly apparent that a number of seatbelts weren’t working and the tour had more than the 15 people limit that was advertised by Viator. The bus was crowded and uncomfortable. I began messaging Viator and the tour company to try to arrange alternative transport back. The driver ‘sorted’ the seatbelt- apparently having it extended but not retracting is safe?
The tour stops were fine- all a bit more ‘touristy’ than we’d hoped for but very pleasant nonetheless.
On returning to the bus, Maja then proceeded to shout down to me at the back of bus, accusing me of having posted a negative review!!! Not only was this inaccurate but highly embarrassing. When I told her I had not posted any review, she did not even apologise. Her rudeness to me in front of all the other passengers was totally unacceptable. To harass tourists in this manner - whether they have or have not written a review, is absolutely appalling. I would never book with this company again

Your guide was wonderful and trip was very nice. I gave it a 1 because if you sat in the back of the bus it was crowded, hot and you could not see anything for a 3 hour drive The tour should not put people in those seats

I would highly recommend this trip. The collection and drop off from the hotel was on time. David our driver was very knowledgeable and allowed plenty of time at each stop to take photos. He also recommended a very nice restaurant in Zakopane. The cheese and vodka were very nice. Even though it was low cloud when we visited the views where still stunning.
