Our guide will lead you into a 2h guided walking tour of the ruins bringing back to life the lifestyle and architecture of the prosperous Romans. Pompeii is well preserved thanks to the mud and lapilli which petrified the city saving all the infrastructures.
In the second part of the tour the bus will drop you off at 1.000 mt high; from there you can climb till the crater’s edge.

Nice tour round Pompei, would have been nicer to have a little longer at Vesuvius especially when hotter weather.
The jewellery place was nice but not really necessary

Firstly, Pompeii is a must visit if you’re in Amalfi or the surrounding areas. Secondly, our tour guide was absolutely brilliant. She had no much knowledge and information to share and she was near enough always sharing even on the bus. Vesuvius is also a great addition and the views are stunning.
