Your guide will pick you up outside the port gate ( You Use Shuttle from the Port to go to Entrance Gate of PHU MY PORT , Our Guide will greet you with your name on Welcomed Board ). This private tour includes a comfortable air-conditioned van, bottled drinking water, entrance fees, 20 minutes trishaw ride around the city.
We will basically do the following activities in the city:
– Visit Heavenly Lady Pagoda in Chinatown.
– Lunch at Pho 2000 Noodle soup with Pho noodle soup, springrolls and drinks
– Explore Ben Thanh Market.
– Visit lacqueware workshop
– Visit War Remnants Museum.
– Photo stops at Independence Palace, Notre Dame de Saigon, Central Post Office
– More stops at Saigon Square, Opera house,

I had booked with Andy very easily after a recommendation from people that used the company before, unfortunately my cruise had to be cancelled after informing Andy he immediately asked for my details and refunded me immediately. What a great customer service experience, this was just before all the corona virus business happened. I look forward to seeing Vietnam in the future and would definitely use Andy again and highly recommend this company.

The service we got from Andy was absolutely exceptional, we booked 2 tours with Andy sadly we had to cancel both as our cruise ship the Norwegian Jade was unable to dock in Vietnam. Andy was the first to tell us about the problem, even when NCL were keeping us in the dark. He was unfailingly polite and courteous and gave us our money back instantly rare service these days. I would not hesitate to recommend Andy he is quite simply brilliant.

We hired Andy Private Tours for 1 day tour oh HCM. We’re a group of 17 people and everyone was very happy with the tour. Andy was always available to answer my questions and concerns. Mr Tung, our guide, was great! He arrived on time and answered all our questions. He is very personable, accommodating, very nice! Thanks Andy and Mr. Tung for the great tour!

We booked 2 on shore tours with Andy: Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh.
From the moment we made inquires to the last minute our ship cancelled, Andy was extremely helpful and responded really quick, he was really watching our itinerary to make sure whether we would dock or not.
Our ship unfortunately cancelled the port calls in Vietnam and we could not do the the tours, he reimbursed us the deposit immediately as we learned we were not going to be able to dock.
My experience talking to him and booking wise is that when I come back to Vietnam I will for sure use his services, he gave me more peace than the ship itself ... !
