Learn how to make homemade fresh pasta easily and successfully. If you have flour and eggs you can make pasta and we will teach you the secrets. We will teach you to make RAVIOLI, TORTELLINI and TAGLIATELLE in a location in the centre of Florence. We will cook all the pasta we have prepared with 2 different sauces (tomato sauce and butter and sage) and we will then taste all together the pasta.
We will give you organic Tuscan wine produced with natural methods and bottled in our cellar called "Dalle Nostre Mani". Every participant will receive English instructions for making pasta at home, easily and successfully, by email at the end of the experience.

We had a fantastic time in this class. We were a group of 9 and Francesca our teacher was funny, knowledgeable and personable. The pasta we learned to make was fantastic and we also were able to do a free wine tasting. We highly recommend!

Was long class, chef was very nice. You do learn how to make pasta. Drawback…. do not do this class if you’re a germaphobe. I thought you would eat the pasta you made, but it gets cooked all together. Too many hands in the dough so to speak. Just was not for me.

Our family loved our pasta making class with Alessandra. She was so awesome with my 10 year old and teenager. Pasta was fun to make and delicious to eat. Kids are excited to try the recipes again back home.

Real quality experience! Great to learn 3 pasta recipes in a wonderful environment! Would 10/10 recommend. Lovely teaching and greatly hosted by Camilla with a lot of practical tips and now I am keen to do this at home. Thank you!!!! What a way to top off an authentic Tuscan experience.

Rita was amazing and ensured that we all were able to complete all steps successfully! She was also super enthusiastic and made sure all members of the experience had a lot of fun! It was great meeting people from many different and similar locations. And the pasta we made was delicious!

Great experience with Pastamania! Cute little video to start. Then max 12 people in a room with one instructor. Hands on, patient instruction. Made three pastas and they were all delicious. Wine was good too. Had juice for kids. Good even for 10 year old could do it on their own.
