Bassem was really friendly. The experience was really nice and chilled. The kids had a really fun time they were really happy they went in the water and were safe . Bassem and the crew made everyone feel welcomed. They insured everyone was ok.

We had to pay 3 dollars each at Marina which was stated but they charged us both double the exchange rate (60 vs 30) to get on the boat which was not expected. They were pushing the photos and snacks for people to buy. Although the fish viewing and snorkeling were nice.
