The experience was dangerous i do not recomendbit at all with this people.
First of all They took us in a car to a dock where they took the other people from the car to the boat, ours left us very far away and we had to walk a long way to the boat. Then we arrive at the island to start snorkeling. Well, while we were snorkeling we got lost in a group and the boat had left us in the middle of the Red Sea. Luckily another boat with other people rescued us and took us to the boat that corresponded to us. When they left us on the boat they did not apologize, instead they reproached us for not being with the group. very dangerous and they are not responsible at all. After they left us for 2 hours in Orange Bay we went parasailing, and we had to change to another boat in full motion, I slipped and broke my toe. Then they left us with a taxi that was trusted and private, the taxi took people from the street to do the taxi work, nothing safe, nothing private. The worst of all is that they forced us to make reviews because everything is exceptional, the guide boy distracts you and tells you to go to the page and leave a review, almost obligatory. For my safety after I took the tour, I can write the review with the truth. They are not responsible and it is possible that many people who have reviewed it are false reviews or were written by the guide himself. nothing reliable.

It is worst tour operator in egypt. We paid 63£ plus 30 dollars for pickup drop off and national park fee . Parasailing, water sports and orange bay 2hrs snorkelling included.
So we didnt get parasailing at all. Water sports is cancelled for kid. Snorkelling kit is not suitable as everyone in the group took the good ones. There was another big group by another tour operator which was guiding them well. Our guide was lazy and did nothing.
We only got 80mins instead of 120mjns at orange bay .
So we requested refund because of above reasons and we got 11£ back which is 3.60£ each for cancelled parasailing which is joke.
Now waiting charge back from bank. Booked thru Viator which is not helpful, so avoid viator and use getyourguide.
Also use FTs travel which is lot better than these people.
Beware.
Initially guide and lazy bt he tried to help us in the end as much as he can. So i cant complain abt guide bt egyptdelight is worst in egypt.
At the end we spent sitting on boat for 10-6:30pm for about 90% of trip for 52£ +25 extra for pickups.
What a waste comany. I wish i had booked with Fts travel which organised my other trips.

Bassem was a lovely tour guide, he was very welcoming. He was very helpful and he speaks really good english! We had an amazing experience with him at a very good price if you want to go to orange bay go to bassem he will look after you. Thankyou Bassem❤️🇪🇬

The day was very full.
We were able to explore two snorkelling sites, hang out on the island paradise of Orange Bay and go banana boating and parasailing to round out the day.
Everything was perfect, the staff were very attentive.
Special mention to our guide Bassem, with an infectious joie de vivre, who made himself available to accompany us throughout this day.
We highly recommend.

We had a superb day, two snorkeling dives, we had the chance to swim with dolphins, Orange Bay is fabulous, the staff on board are very friendly, the meal varied and good. Ramon our guide was always very attentive and attentive to all our needs, we thank him very much and recommend him
