Our driver was so sweet and accommodating. Pointed out lots interesting sites and let us stop at fun produce and wine shop on the way.

Quick and efficient. Driver met us at terminal, van was comfortable and drive took the stress of the final leg of a 12 hour travel day.

Booked this transfer with Viator..privately owned car with driver arrived to pick us up but was late. Then had to get to the car thus we had to catch a bus to carpark. It was explained to us later that no cars can pick up in Santiago airport due to volume and updating of airport. This was not discussed when booking. Driver very pleasant and safely to destination in Valparaiso.

Maurice with Viator was a welcome sight after a 9-hour overnight flight from Houston to Santiago. He was friendly and a good driver, taking us from SLC to the Pullman Hotel in Vina Del Mar. I’m sure we could have done it cheaper, but we were more interested in reliability than cost, and we were not disappointed

Our driver was waiting for us even though we were delayed a day due to the airline. He had a sign and was very nice and had google translator on his phone so we could visit. He pointed things out on our ride to the coast which was very nice. I'd definitely recommend.

Our driver was actually early to pick us up because it was Inauguration Day in Valparaiso and he knew the drive might take more time. He spoke English very well and gave a semi tour on the way to the port. The port area was confusing and he helped us figure it out. I wish I could remember his name but he was very professional and friendly and we really appreciated his charming personality.

Our excellent, reliable driver was waiting for us with a sign as my husband and I exited Latam LAN Airlines baggage claim at the Santiago airport after our four-day trip to San Pedro de Atacama. The driver was charming and friendly and drove us to our Valparaiso hotel with a quick highway rest stop along the way. It was a great relief and convenience after our 2-hour flight from Calama to Santiago to have arranged our ground transportation in advance.

Our driver was where we expected him to be upon our arrival in Santiago. He also took us over a different road to see more of the Casablanca area and was kind enough to take pictures of us together. Having the van ride reserved took all the stress out of getting to our hotel in Concon.
