We did the booking through Viator. The very next day we were surprised to receive a warm email from Edith who introduced herself as our tour guide. She understood our requirements well, was very prompt & concise in her email, text & phone communication with us. She even adjusted the places for us to visit to include some other viewpoints & modified a viewpoint which was shut due to renovation, so that we would not miss it. Her knowledge, her warmth, her openness & flexibility and the smiling personal touch that she gave to our tour made it an excellent one. We were on a week long tour of Budapest in a month long tour of Europe & without a doubt this tour by Edith was definitely the best among all the numerous guided tours we had booked. We highly recommend this to all those who would like to see Budapest through the eyes of a warm local.
