I made a reservation and made a payment, but there was no response. I made an inquiry, but there was no response, and the schedule finally started to move after I received a call from the local hotel the day before the schedule. Furthermore, I was told that the balloon, which was supposed to be included in the plan, would only be arranged as a paid option. Although the ruins and the cruise were a great experience, there is no need to choose this company. Other reviews are overshadowed by the greatness of the ruins and the cruise. Wake up. I recommend avoiding this company unless you are a traveler who is very confident in Arabic. There are many great companies. I will definitely not revisit this company unless this is the only choice left in the world.

First our guide Mohamed Gobran, he is probably one of the best!!! He is very knowledgeable, made our travel easy, kept us informed of all the activities or what was next, excellent communication, look after us making sure our accommodations in the boat were optimal. We are very grateful to have Mohammed as our guide.
Boat is good, food was great, our pick up at the airport was smooth and also they picked us at our hotel in Giza , service always very punctual.
100% recommended,

Ahmed shawky Ali, thank you so much for this wonderful experience , this is my first time I travel with a guide and it has been the best part of the trip, having someone to explain in details the history behind everything, and also preventing you from getting scammed by giving us advise on what to do and what NOT to do , something I really liked , is that he always gave us free time to go on our own after each explanation at the temples, which is great.

Good boat, food, and staff. No complaints at all. Some very early starts but the tour was packed with great places to visit. Our guide was very knowledgeable but his English was average which meant we didn’t understand or learn as much as we would have liked. He was also on a tight time schedule which meant we felt very rushed around some places we had waited a lifetime to visit. We were in awe of some of the structures and paintings and would have liked more time to enjoy them. Great to have the transfers arranged to and from the cruise - this was a massive help.
Would we do it again? Yes to the cruise - but I’d want to take more time to visit the magnificent sites. It’s pot luck whether you get a guide who masters the English language and diction and sadly this can make a massive difference to the overall enjoyment of the experience.

Ahmed was our tour guide, and he did a great job of making the experience as hospitable as possible. Communicated everything we were going to be doing clearly. Made sure accommodations and everyone was always accounted for in a large size group of 22 people. Had a great background in history which was helpful in understanding the sites we were visiting. Appreciate him taking care of all our needs in our home away from home.

Ahmed shawky Ali is a great guide, he explains very well, he is very polite and patience. definitky the best of our tour. the ship is good but it is very old . be sure to have a cabin in the other side if the motor for the noise.
We are a gay couple and we felt included, resoected and safe. Great experience! I recommended do it.
