They arrived at hotel and we had 4 pieces of luggage and a couple of small carryon items on our way for a 14 day cruise and they refused to take us saying we had too much luggage WHAT!! We had to pivot quickly and find a cab outside our hotel who had no issues taking us and our luggage to the port. I mean isn’t this what they were supposed to do???

We were running just a little late coming back from our tour and our driver called and checked in with our hotel. Great service. Friendly driver. Clean car.

I wish there was an opportunity to give zero stars. Booking with this company beware, they never picked us up. I tried to get ahold of the company via text there was no answer and there was no number to call. The hotel even tried to help. Ultimately our wonderful hotel was able to arrange transportation for us so we did not miss our ship, and it was $150 cheaper. There were six of us and a ton of luggage. Booker beware!!!!!

The driver was a tad late (he did call me to let me know). He got us to the port without problems and we boarded just a couple minutes after our boarding time.
He earned 10 stars, I left my phone in his van. He saw it and came back to the ship, walked on and hand delivered it to me. Our trip would have been difficult without my phone!!!

Do not use them! Booked way in advance confirmed pick up time and time needed to be at destination 10 days prior to trip in writing. 1 1/2 hours before original pickup time they contacted me vis WhatsApp stating they would be arriving at 11:30 vs 11:00 due to an accident on highway. They stated “rest assured you will reach your destination on time”. At that point I was appreciative and thanked them for letting me know not worrying about missing our event. At 11:15 driver contacted and said “I’m coming to you” to which I replied we were waiting out front of hotel. At 11:30 the driver was a no show. 11:35 I contacted the driver who said he was moments away. 11:55 the driver finally arrived. I have no issue with the driver himself. Very polite/friendly.As soon as we reached a main road he immediately tells us we will arrive at our destination about 13:15. To that I replied “our event we prepaid for ends at 13:30”. Driver begins apologizing and tell us how the company scheduled him for the day. The trips were 3 consecutive to destinations that were not possible to arrive/depart from in his given time frame. I then asked about the “accident” that I was told in writing was the reason for delay. He said “no accident at all. I just didn’t have enough time to get to the destinations.” Upon hearing that I was then internally upset with company (not driver) for lying! We missed our event. I asked via WhatsApp via the same message the company contacted me from for a 50% refund because we missed our event due to them being late not only once but twice. No response at all from the company. I understand they provided a service but since we missed our event completely due to them I believe we should be compensated fairly. They are completely ignored my request. We used Executive for our airport/hotel transfer and that was perfect! I wish they had service to the cruise port.

Pick you up right outside the hotel and take you right up to the terminal. Quick and easy and gets you there in plenty of time.
