We had a fantastic trip as a family of four. An amazing experience for us and our two children age 6 and 8. Our guide Roberto was excellent, supported our children while swimming with the turtles.

We had an amazing time with the Ocean Tours. We saw Tulum ruins, swam with turtles and swam in the cenotes. The tour guide (Claudia) was amazing - very fun, warm, caring and knowledgeable. The whole group was in a good mood and we were laughing the whole time. We had so many beautiful photos at the end. It was truly an amazing experience.

Very efficient and knowledgeable staff. Hamlet, Ivan, and Felipe were amazing on this tour and took great care of us. They speak multiple languages so that everyone in the group could understand. They gave extra attention to my mom who often needed some extra help navigating some parts of the tour. I do wish we were a little less rushed, but that is the nature of booking a tour with multiple activities in one day. Overall we had an amazing time and I would definitely recommend this tour and this team to anyone and everyone.

Caesar Salad, Marcus Chicken and Daniel Cheese were phenomenal!!! Not only took care of us but made it interesting and personal. We were happy little croutons (those who know, know). Highly recommend this tour and if you can get this group of gentlemen you will not be disappointed! 10 stars!!!!

Our guides were Caesar salad, Danny (Cheese), and Marcus (chicken). I can’t say enough good things about them. By far the best tour guides I’ve ever had.
Definitely recommend this tour, great mix of everything: history, snorkelling and the cenotes was amazing!

Was a fantastic experience.
Driver Sergio took us everywhere very safely and Hamlet tour guide is also a fantastic figure.
Definitely highly recommended for a warm and beautiful piece of land on our planet.

Comfortable, safe, beautiful and informative. A nicely paced day, starting with an informative walk through the ruins. Because the snorkeling is through a natural habitat you can’t be sure what you’ll see. Our guide did her best to explain how best to see the underwater wildlife and we were thrilled to see squid, stingrays and a beautiful turtle. Lunch before the caves was fair and the Cenotes were impressive- well worth the frigid plunge. Highly recommended tour!
