Hamlet, Gonzalo and Johnny were all excellent! Our guide, Hamlet was wonderful with our 9 year old. He personally helped her with snorkeling. He was very thorough with presenting the history. Gonzalo was a great driver and courteous throughout our experience. Johnny took amazing pictures that we will always cherish. I highly recommend them and this tour. 5 ⭐️

This tour was the highlight of our trip and an over all amazing day. Our guide Hamlet was amazing. He provided robust information about the Mayan culture and history to prepare us for the ruins and had so much information about the plants and animals we were seeing, it was fascinating! He was a great guide during the water activities too, making us all feel safe and confident. He was friendly and funny during our downtimes and really helped make the trip so special for us. Our driver Miguel was also excellent, getting us everywhere quickly and safely and always being ready with whatever we needed throughout the whole day. And we had a photographer with us, Pamela, who took awesome photos during our water activities. She captured great shots and was really great with her suggestions! This was such a special day for our friend group, the activities themselves being so cool, and having such fantastic guides and support, Miguel, Pamela and especially Hamlet made it even better. If you are going to do a tour with a group and can afford the upgrade, I also highly recommend doing the private tour. It was really nice to just be with our group of 5

Tulum é lindo, vários pontos são muito interessantes. Mas, tem muita cilada. Eu recomendo as pessoas a fazerem a maior parte dos passeios de carro.
Os roteiros são reachados de furadas, visitas a lojas, almoços, fotos, rituais em "tribos" maias, que são perda de tempo.
Para tem uma ideia, nosso roteiro de Tulim começou 7h da manhã e chegamos 10.30h da noite e nosso ônibus ainda parou longe do hotel, apesar de estarmos com um Senhor de mais de 80anos (com dificuldade de locomoção)

This tour was very well done and action packed! The private tour picked us up at our hotel and Jesus brought us around everywhere we needed to go which was great. First the Mayan ruins were beautiful and had amazing views, Mariano was a great tour guide of the ruins! He had tons of great knowledge to share which we loved! Then we went to snorkel and Mariano and Maxi led us to see sea turtles and sting rays which was absolutely incredible. Finally the best part was the Cenote. It was SO BEAUTIFUL and Mariano was a fantastic guide. Truly one of the coolest most beautiful things I’ve ever seen. The provided lunch was also fantastic and in a beautiful location. They gave us water and snacks throughout the tour too! All in well worth it for this tour and great guides, highly recommend.

This trip was fun and included a little bit of everything. My favorite by far was the Cenote since it was my first time going to one and I’ve never experienced anything like it! The tacos we had for lunch were also delicious and felt super authentic because the tortillas were made fresh. Our tour guide Emmanuel was awesome. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout our whole journey.

This was a well organized and executed tour. We were picked up on time with only one other hotel stop for a group of 13 (4 in our family.) At Tulum we were given good historical information, quick entry and time to wander the park on our own. The Akulum snorkeling was surprisingly fun with good sights including a huge starfish - even though the park is full of tour groups. The cenote tour was a cave and very cool visually and temperature. Lunch was sandwiches. Plenty of opportunities for restrooms. Van was clean and nice - Walter was a safe driver. The tour guide, Ulrich, spoke fluent English & German. They also had a photographer with the group (Stef) that sold a photo package. Good for groups and/or families with children that can swim well.
