Our guide, Tommy, was excellent. Our markets day was great, and our service with Viator was spot on. Picked up at the Hotel and dropped off at the Hotel was what we wanted. Definately nothing to complain about. A great day had by all.

What a market!! We had fun wondering around looking at all the great trinkets. The venders had items I had not seen before. We sampled food and enjoyed fresh squeezed juices. There were even benches that we could sit and watch people.

This was one of a kind disappointing experience. The tour never happened. We waited together with 4 other people in front of Rusty's Markets for an hour. We called their number but no one answered the phone. The bus from this company showed up but the driver said to wait for the next one which is 5 minutes away. He even told us to keep asking all the other buses from different companies if they are going to Port Douglas? No explanation offered. We ended up getting a mini van taxi.

Tour Logistics Bus did not pick us up.
There was 4 other people waiting as well,
Tour Logistics we’re uncontainable, and never got any reply’s to multiply messages,

Picked up by Mark who was just lovely, he even went to the trouble of popping out an extra step to make boarding the bus easier for the older shoppers (great touch). Very friendly & good day out. This is not a four-hour trip so just allow a full day to play it safe. Picked up around 7.40am & dropped back around 3.45 ish. Left to roam around Port Douglas markets & shops until the bus picks you up at either 2.30pm or 4.30pm (you choose).

Need to update description and please do not use another company for return, as the driver did not represent you well. Driver Mark on the way up was excellent.

Mark the outward journey guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. It is unfortunate that we didn’t have any stops along the was as the tour was marketed…. This is more just the cost of transport too and from port Douglas.

We were booked on the 4 hour market tour with the voucher saying pick-up at Rusty's markets at 8am. I received a text at 7:40am from the tour driver , Michael, saying he was downstairs, even though he didn't have my hotel details and he wasn't. We arranged to meet as per the voucher. Once on the mini bus, he told the passengers that this is an 8 hour tour, which was certainly a surprise to a few of us on the bus! We had a meeting back in Cairns at 12:30pm while the other passengers who were on the 4 hour tour didn't have plans and were happy to get 8 hours for the price of 4. Michael did his best with organising with the office to get a ride for us back from the markets and modifying his 8 hour itinerary so we got to one lookout. However, we got only 50 minutes in Port Douglas before getting on a shuttle mini-van which proceeded to make 4 stops to pick up passengers and then drop them all to Palm Cove and then the airport before dropping us in Cairns at 12:45pm. I contacted the company who replied with "thanks for the feedback and we will discuss with the director and driver". I have heard nothing since- no explanation, apology or followup- hence this review. An 8 hour tour might be fine but even without our mix-up, don't bother with a 4 hour tour as there is no way that they can fit in the advertised itinerary in 4 hours.
