Chau was an amazing tour guide! So polite, professional and funny, I had the best day at Ba Na Hills! She showed us all the best spots to get amazing photos and memories, and was very informative about the parks origin and history! She led us to the spots to see and around the park and also gave us free time to stroll around too! She led everything very efficiently, and called us ‘Team Sticky Rice’ because it was crowded and we had to stick together! Would recommend this tour :)

Today my husband and I had the pleasure of going on a private tour led by Ms Châu and it was an unforgettable experience. They were enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable about Da Nang.
Ms Châu provided insights that you would not find in a Google search.
She was incredibly personable and attentive, answering questions and catering the tour to our personal interests.
The tour was well-planned, with opportunities to explore and take photos. Ms Châu also knew the best and least crowded spots to get great pics.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone who appreciates having space to yourself, for a personalised VIP experience, instead of waiting/catering for other group members. Thanks Ms Châu!

Amazing tour guide, amazing place. Expect lots of waiting in lines for cable cars both worth it. What not recommend buffet lunch as lots of amazing places we would have preferred to eat in the French quarter.
Highly recommend private tour if you want to enjoy the day at your pace rather then waiting for others.

Cable Car ride up is amazing, particularly on a clear day.
Resort is fabulous, not what I was expecting. So much to see we never even made it to the fair rides.
Take a lot of photos as it is very beautiful.
Downside, buffet restaurant. We researched and it doesnt advertise other food vendors, just the buffet, so we thought we had better book it. It was a disaster for us, nowhere near worth it. Entry in was via ticket and turnstile, what a melee, people pushing and shoving their way in. Couldn't find a table and when we did, someone just moved my food plates when I was trying to find cutlery/chopsticks. Drinks where a choice of 2 fruit juices, anything else you had to pay extra. Hot food was tepid at best, it was akin to being in a food jumble sale. My advice, avoid the buffet and buy from vendors, better choice and a good price, you would probably have money left over to pay for the rides you did want to do. Another issue, the advertisements for the Hills make it look like all the fair rides are included, unfortunately they aren't and this is another cost. So take extra cash. Other than that, it is a Fabulous day out for families, couples etc.

Great overall picture taking trip for the family, and the tour was great.
Ba Na hills itself is “ok” and the buffet was bad - but learning about it through the tour was fun. Doing a tour allowed us to learn the history, guide us through the day, and also enjoy some small convo.

Susan was the best tour guide we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, she added so much value to our day; from speeding us through queues to finding perfect spots for romantic and memorable photos- which we would never have found! Exactly the kind of stuff which people should think of when debating group versus private tours.
The overall experience getting to and from Ba Na hills was effortless, the transfer service was comfortable and picked us up on time from our hotel.
