Driver's hygiene was less than desirable and too offensive. We had to bear his agonizing body odor on our 45 minute drive to the airport.

Jennifer contacted us 1-1/2 days before our arrival in Taipei & provided us not only with our driver’s name, but his mobile number, make & color of his vehicle & license plate number. Upon gathering our luggage, she reached out once again to ensure we had our luggage. At the exact same time, our car as described arrived. That’s what I call “exceeding expectations”. Jennifer, you’re the best!

The experience started out great. Jennifer from eLife contacted me and setup a WhatsApp group chat with the driver. He picked us up and was very courteous. He drops us off at our hotel or so I thought was our hotel.
We go inside to find out it is a sister hotel blocks away. So now we are dragging our luggage down the streets of Taipei. When I complained to Jennifer she blamed me. After going back and forth she realized she couldn’t blame me, so she offered a free airport drop off.
The next day I had not received a refund so I asked. She said cancel the Expedia package and I informed he we were past the cancellation package. She tried to blame Expedia for the miscommunication. I showed her my Expedia package clearly shows the correct hotel.
She asked me again to contact Expedia to cancel since it was Expedia’s fault. I told her I was on holiday and not going to spend time chasing Expedia when it was clear it was eLife’s fault. They picked us up and took us to the airport. When I got home Expedia chased them for reimbursement.
eLife refused and Expedia just said sorry. So I’m pissed off at Expedia for offering this worthless service provider and not having a way to protect me. BE VARY WEARY OF EXPEDIA AS THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR SERVICE PROVIDERS.
Do not use eLife Limo as they are a waste of time and not honorable. I paid high dollar for service to my hotel and back to the airport. They didn’t deliver the service I paid them for yet not honorable enough to compensate.

We used drivers to and from the airport in Taipei. They were timely and communicated to us through WhatsApp. It was nice to have it all arranged prior to our trip but felt it was a little pricey, considering that Uber was only $33 for the same trip.

I was on my first business trip and has been tasked to get a van for the 8 of us. Upon arrival at the airport, there was no driver waiting for us. Payment has already been paid upfront. My colleague managed to call through to the hotline and waited for awhile before the operator managed to get hold of the driver. Driver came 30mins later and claimed that it was his first booking and he was waiting for the customer to call him. In the first place, the driver's name and contact number was not given. The operator also added if there is a need for the driver to appear at the arrival hall with the customer's name, it has to be requested. This was my first time hearing this. Upon arrival at the hotel, the driver asked for payment in cash. I showed him my card has already been charged 2 days ago and I am not going to give him any cash. I left my mobile number with the driver and told me to contact me if necessary after checking with his boss. However, i did not hear from him after that. Overall, it's a horrible experience, thanks for creating such a memorable first business trip pickup.

What a disappointment. The photo in the advert shows a Mercedes limo but what turned up was a family Toyota with the driver’s personal belongings in it plus empty drink cartons. Don’t use this service.

The vehicle was ready when we arrived. Someone was there with my name on a signboard. He waited patiently as we picked up our wifi device from Klook. It was a very comfortable ride for travelers who were up early in the day, and the service was efficienf.
