• 3. Various hotels may have different deposit policy passengers need to comply with. No specific bed type or the position of the tour can be guaranteed at each hotel. Usually 2-4 people can stay in each room maximally. Hotel check-in time starts at 15:00.
• 4. Any guests that have already purchased their own tickets or have a city PASS will not be able to use it on the tour. Please understand that you must purchase the admission tickets through our company in order to participate. For the optional admission tickets, you will reserve it from the tour guide directly. The tour guide will make this arrangement for you. As a tour group, it is highly suggested to make a reservation together rather than individually in order to get into an attraction. • 5. Take advantage of the 2024 Buy 2 Get 2 free Promotion, ensuring that all participants share accommodations in a single room. Exclusive tour rates apply only when selecting 3 or 4 travelers. Order date: 2/2/2024-12/31/2024. Please note that additional charges, including admission fees and other expenses, will apply to all participants. If you are a party of more than four guests or desire to have separate rooms, please create separate bookings. If you have more than one booking, please provide all confirmation numbers once your bookings are complete.
• 6.In the event of temporary cancellation within 3 days prior to departure for the BUY 2 GET 2 FREE promotion: If the first two guests in a room proceed with the tour as scheduled, but the third or fourth guest who was entitled to participate for free cancels within 3 days before departure or is a NO SHOW on the day of departure, we will impose a penalty. The penalty amount will be 50% of the original price for two persons sharing one room, per each guest who cancels temporarily.
• 7. If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary. The opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks will be subject to change from time to time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When the operating hours and capacity restrictions have an impact on the itinerary, it shall be regarded as force majeure. Thank you for your understanding.
• 8. Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday provide the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
• 9. Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
• 10. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
• 11. JUPITER LEGEND Corporation and Ctour Holiday have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.

• 14. Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with Federal law and prohibited in most hotel rooms. Customers are responsible for any penalty charged by the hotel in a non-smoking room at least $250 per night.
• 15. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.
• 16. Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be refunded.

The tour overcharges (but as mentioned in description) for attractions vs the actual price by a reasonable amount. Also, the tour guide spends a disproportionate amount of time explaining the attractions in Chinese vs English which made us feel losing on important details.

I am on a tour with Daniel Lei. He is very helpful. Helped me resolved an issue at the hotel last night. He gave clear instructions about meeting time and agenda as well as general info about places we visited. My daughter and I both have a great time. We made some new friends together in our group.

The tour is very extensive and they cover a lot of places. In DC they take you to a number of monuments.
The Niagara Falls were amazing in the night time with the night illumination. The hotels were good and neat. The rooms were spacious.
Avoid the buffet lunch/dinner at the places where the tour guide takes you if you are a vegetarian.
There is no need to take extra tour within the tour since the cost is hefty and there is not much which you will miss.
Just take the extra boat tour at Niagara Falls. This one is good.
There is a compulsory service charge and the operator expects a tip as well.
Overall experience is good since a lot of ground is covered in 3 days time. But the bus journey can get tiring.

The tour was packed with activities, many incredible sights (Hiking down from Watkin Glen), and some very mesmerizing experiences (the cave of wind and the boat tour to the falls).
Our guide Jason was very informative in providing the histories, legends, and fun facts of places where we visited which were many. He was very thorough ensuring we understood the meeting times and places, even from time to time to escorting some latecomers back to the bus. Jason was friendly and worked tirelessly to make everyone on the tour happy.
Our Mr. Driver was also super friendly and he truly drove quite a few long days for us. THANK YOU

Really enjoyed this maybe the stop in Philadelphia is a waste and if it went straight to Washington you would have more time there. Our tour guide was kind but needed to be harder on the people that were always late. Over all not bad
