Amazing gardens. Worth the trip to Bardini Gardens. Amazing view from Bardini and a bar/cafe. Read up ahead of time as there are no English translations of anything. So beautiful.

The garden was beautiful but it was all up hill - perhaps a mention of this in the information would be useful! The views were stunning. The cafe made a fabulous Aperol spritz to revive us at the end

The voucher wouldn’t load after several tries. I did not want to bother calling for help because we didn’t want to spend time on the phone so we gave up and moved onto another activity. We were traveling with a toddler so patience was a luxury and if you have patience, might be worth using this skip the line service.

The tour was not well coordinated . It was very inconvenient to us. This should not happen again . Why do we have to pick up tickets which is far away from the venue?

Great tour and the tour guide and driver were very knowledgeable- thank you once again for a great day. The wineries are outstanding and in a very beautiful location and I can’t wait for my ordered wine to arrive to enjoy them with my loved ones😄.

We visited the offices, the gallery, the cathedral complex with a climb to the dome, Pitti and Boboli through this agency. Through the City agency and Mr. Marco we booked private visits just for our family. I must say that our guide, Ivano, was excellent: he is an exceptional historian and I will not be able to forget the different interpretations of Botticelli's Primavera... It was all truly fantastic.

Ticket redemption spot is more than 15 min walk from gardens. We had someone with us that could not go. Tried to call and could not get anyone to pick up. Requested refund and would not provide
