This is not a small group tour. All the jeeps for the day assemble at the same time and do the tour as one big group. We were about 80 on our day, making any stop congested. The Zeus cave is really nothing great. Then the abandoned monastery is also not great. To while away time they make you engage in silly water fights which leaves your whole body wet and drenched for the rest of the day - my wife and I were not prepared for this. The tour ends with a short sting at a crowded, little beach. The only great thing about the tour for me was the drive around Kusadasi suburbs and its beautiful homes.

Driver was fantastic. Great fun. Lunch was superb. There is a stop fir water fights but some jeeps on our tour opted out. So no need to get wet and dirty if you don't want to. Be aware it gets quite dusty on the mountain forest track.

The thing that we were looking forward to see during this tour was the Zeus cave, only to be informed at the start of the tour that it was closed because someone got hurt there 3 days ago. The operator got in contact with me the day before to tell me about the pick up time without mentioning it at all. I think it would have been more honest to tell us beforehand since they already knew and let us decide if we still wanted to go. Instead, we got a ride to the top of the mountain, but it wasn't exactly the same thing and we felt disappointed. Another thing is that when we visited the ruins of the monastery they just let us there without giving us any information about it and we felt a bit abandoned. It is really a shame though, because the guys were really friendly and they were trying to make us enjoy our time and the lunch provided was good as well.

Wouldnt recommend. If your appeal for this trip is zeus cave keep in mind its only a 20 min pit stop. Not as stunning as pictured. The guides are young and immature. We felt like cattle. Most of the day is spent on a dusty long curvy road. Only saw one small turtle. Wouldnt call this trip safe either.

The tour was great. The guides were friendly and knowledgable. The national park visit includes the ruins of a Byzantine monestary and spectacular views. Lunch on the beach was excellent and swimming in the Zeus Cave was a once in a lifetime experience. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
