Small Group Half-Day City Tour of Cusco

This tour was disappointing. The listed
Times and costs were incorrect on the website. The ticket fees for each site had increased and were not as listed here. The tour company operator was rude over the phone when we first arrived. A large majority of the group arrived late resulting in talking about information again. The listed end time was not honored and we had to leave the tour early due because the tour was actually planned to go over the listed time. The tour guide himself was good, but the operations were terrible. I do not recommend this tour.

Cuzco, Peru is steeped in history. Our Vieja Pacifica guide Robinson was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He gave us unique insights into the history and people of this remarkable city.

The tour was great. As a meet up, I'd advise the tour guides to wear something that sticks out as a lot of groups are wearing the same blue clothing and it's easy to get confused. For some reason, Viator makes you buy your tickets to each site separately, whereas, the if you book with someone else they give you all your tickets at once. No big deal though. The tour guide was informative and helpful. The sites were amazing. The bus was reliable and nice. Towards the end, we, collectively as a group, all decided to skip the last site since we were all tired. But still a great tour!

The guide was knowledgeable and easy to understand. This tour is a good way of seeing Cusco.
